Martin Mur is a multi-media artist and filmmaker based in Zürich. His work combines a strong interest in unconventional narrative mediums with a distinctive and bold style for both personal and commissioned projects. Through images, installations and time-based works he explores the idea of time representation, the conflict between cronological time versus phenomenological time, and the exploration of time distortion methodologies to dissect more thoroughly the availability of our more immediate present time.

His work has recently been presented in institutions such as Kunsthaus Zürich, Helmhaus Zürich, Migros Museum, CCCB Barcelona, and the Museum für Gestaltung Zürich, as well as in film festivals including DocsLisboa, Milan Machinima Festival, and FantaSci Short Film Festival. Martin continues to explore the intersections of contemporary art, cinema, and commercial work.
